Good question. I’m not sure exactly about the time… Most people I know that surf, do it when they get some spare time. You’ll have to try different times (if you can) to see what generates the best opt-ins. Also look up “Jon Olson” he’s the traffic exchange guru that knows WAY more than me about TE’s :)
