Addressing some recent comments…

Just a quick post about some comments I saw earlier today.

Here’s one comment:

“…I STILL like the concept of the training area teaching newbies how to build their OWN squeeze page…”

The confusion here my be partly due to a somewhat misleading headline I had on the home page up until 1 week ago.

The headline mentioned how you could “create your own squeeze pages in just a few minutes…”

This has since been changed because it is NOT the case. I’m sorry if it caused any confusion.

If you watched the 3rd video (see right side bar under my picture) you will clearly see that what I’m offering you is a ready-made, fill in a few blanks, type of squeeze page system that will help you generate your own targeted MLM leads, promote your MLM business opportunity and earn some money from our instant affiliate program.

I have also seen a few comments saying that the traffic programs will soon be saturated with everyone promoting the same squeeze pages.

My response to that comes in 3 parts:

1. Awesome, I hope they do!

2. Be sure to read every last word of the sales letter on August 5th (heck, maybe I’ll let you see it before then) regarding the “Platinum” membership. It will surely put a smile on your face and help overcome the “saturation” concern.

3. There are 6+ billion people in the world. Millions of them interested in network marketing and who all NEED this product. Go find them! Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT RELY on traffic exchanges to make your business successful.

I’ve said it before, I guess I need to say it again. Traffic exchanges are a great place to start advertising due to the fact they are free, but don’t be fooled into thinking they are the “magic bullet” to reaching your financial dreams. They’re not.

They are simply one “traffic technique” to add to your OTHER marketing efforts (i.e. article writing, pay per click, list builders, social networking, blogging, etc…)

You will need to study (and master) other methods of marketing and advertising in order to be successful.

And most importantly, treat your business like a business; have realistic expectations and plan on going through growing pains.

After going through a recent bankruptcy, for reasons to long to explain and after failing at my first attempt at mlm I think this is just what i need as I attempt a new MLM that has just launched. My wife is kind of nervous about it. We have 2 boys 4 and 12 so I am glad I found your site.

I’m already Elite member in Downline Secrets 2

What will be the major differences between these two programs.
There is real utility to promote two downline builders at the same time, it’s wasting effort and spliting the results…
What’s your advice about this.

Fantastic videos, James! I thought I heard you say that you were hosting all our sites. When I started watching the first video, you were explaining how to work on Go Daddy, then followed that with the setup on Kiosk, and I wonder if maybe I read the wrong thing into “setup”. At my advanced age, things sometimes come slowly. For instance, I joined today, upgraded to Elite, only to find that I actually joined last November 27th. I know we will work through this, though.

What should I do, forget downline builder 2 and jump in Instant MlM Squeeze page?

I don’t want to be sarcastic, I’m just looking for advice, and I want to get the best results.

The One $ trial is on the wave for a while, but the next pay due month is now a big problem due to the extreme abuse of a few marketers like Gabor Olha,… or some others funny GURUS.
The fact is… when you signup for a one dollar trial (one month) you have to signup with a credit card most of the time and it’s the hell to cancel your membership. Why because paypal doesn’t like MLM (Multi Level Marketing) to much due to so many abuses maybe…

Elite membership at downline secrets 2 is over, already upgraded by its owner without any regards of his members, the fact is the DBS2 is not working as he should right now because of the evolution of the internet, so it’s over no worries, doesn’t matter who paid for the upgrade, they are f….. anyway, not happy, no worries, buy the new upgrade at the new program…
And Maybe in 2 or 3 years time from now the story will repeat again…
Web 2.0 … Web 3.0 … Web 4.0… and so on

Why don’t we get the “migration” to the new program as normal update?

For what i’ve seen in the 3 videos, it’s just an update or an upgrade of DBS2 according to what’s happening now every where else.
And maybe a little bit behind…

Why should we open our wallet once again?

Who are the succesfull affiliate or members of DBS2?
Only people who join while having already a big list.
All the other one are still swiming in the middle of nowhere… believe me.
Yes I Know… Testimonials are easy to get, do you want back links?

Selling and up-selling to his list is one thing, but taking care of his existing
customers is an other one Think about it.

Ok Marc, I’m not sure you truly “get” how it works…

Before I defend myself let me start off by saying something that every “guru” in the world is afraid to actually say. Because if they say it, they’ll lose money.

Here goes…

Some products and services won’t work for you no matter how great, awesome or AMAZING they are! That’s just how it is. The testimonials you generally see are from people who already brought a certain “skill set” to the table before using a product. Their added skill is what helped them get superior results.

Think of IM products you buy online like big giant slides at a playground. Let’s say the speed at which you go down the slide (succeed) is 12 seconds (it’s a big slide) because you’re not bringing anything extra to help you slide down faster.

Now imagine a “nude person” walking up to the slide with a gallon of vegetable oil in their hands… they take 1/2 the oil and lubricate the entire slide making sure it’s is completely covered. Then they cover themselves with the remain 1/2 gallon of oil.

They carefully climb the ladder and they zip down the slide so fast you barely see them; until they hit the ground and bounce that is

Get my point?

I was a newbie too once and I built my list one at a time now I have thousands and thousands of people on my list.

My advice to you would be to (get rid of) or adjust your attitude a little and you’ll probably see better results overall.

I’m simply offering you a squeeze page that collects leads for your business. You still have to advertise. And if traffic exchanges don’t work for you PERSONALLY, go somewhere else until you find something that works for you.

First, I’ll admit there was some overall confusion with the 2 products being offered at Downline Secrets 2. Some customers thought the 2 could work together and they really couldn’t. (I’ve since learned from my mistakes and have made MAJOR improvements to IMSP.)

One was the Elite membership that offered 1 squeeze page and rebrandable ebook for $47. There was no option to have the leads sent directly to your autoresponder, no tracking option to help you see what advertising sources we’re working and it lacked several other options that IMSP will offer.

Second, Downline Secrets 2 offered the “All-in-One Recruiting Software Package” which is a hosted service for your own downline builder program which provides you cookie-cutter copywriting for all the pages included in the system.

It allows you to plug in any programs you want to build a downline in. You have 100% control to change the look and feel of your system so your system doesn’t look like all the others. The system is hosted on our server and 100% installed and set-up for you. There is a one time set-up and a monthly fee for this service.

Both products have the same purpose in mind: to generate leads and build your downline.

Instant MLM Squeeze Pages offers the same thing. But it is the much bigger SISTER to the Elite membership at Downline Secrets 2 and is nothing like the “All-in-One Recruiting Software Package.”

Instant MLM Squeeze Pages will offer 2 memberships:

1) Basic: 30-day $1 trial then $19.98 per month

2) Platinum: $47 (upsell offer on order page) then $19.98 per month. If you pass on the offer it goes up to $97 if bought from inside the member’s area.

Before you complain about the price (or anyone reading this) if you think this is too much per month, the solution is simple - get your butt out there and start working to cover your cost or don’t subscribe!

Your next comment about why don’t you get migration as an update…

The Elite membership at Downline Secrets 2 is a one time payment, stand-alone offer, this program is not. It’s subscription based. And as I mentioned above, IMSP is much more than just an “update” to the Elite membership… therefore, from a “business” standpoint there was no easy way to migrate.

HOWEVER, I’ll have you know… I GAVE FREE lifetime membership to IMSP for every paying customer of the “All-in-One Recruiting Software Package.” Since they we’re already paying a monthly fee for a service of mine, I thought the right thing to do (in this case) was to give them free access to Instant MLM Squeeze Pages.

As for me not taking care of my customers… I and they disagree.

I am looking forward to your launch date. Then I will see if your program will fit into my price range. As for the term “newbies” when ever a person decides to try something “new” they become a newbie, If marketers would replace the newbie word and replace it with “sucker” it may take away some confusion, their should be a a label on each new progrm stating- If you keep paying monthly, and have a question we may get to it, so please don’t ask! This may sound harsh, but covers about 95% of programs, hope yours is in the 5%. That being said, still only 2% will ever use the information.

It was a good idea to clear some confusion. The reality is, because the sales pages are so long (one day I bought an eBook of 29 pages long, which had a sale page 32 pages!), people don’t have the time and desire to spend enough time reading word by word the sale page, and is easy to miss the important points.
I wait the 5th Aug. release with grate anticipation.

I study a lot about internet marketing. I have come to trust just a few who send me regular email. I have unsubscribed from many. This is the real thing. I will read aanything you send. I have watched videos one and two; plan to watch three tonight. One and two are outstanding. However, I don’t like this new move to video marketing. I prefer print, because I can study it at my pace. I can go forward or backward easily. I view at MY pace - not the author’s. I also have a suggestion. Many of us use MSN for email. Using MSN, the window opens a narrow lens. If I see something of interest “above the line”, I will scroll down. If the upper part of the message is not interesting, I do not scroll down. This could be useful for you to know.
