I can go forward or backward easily. I view at MY pace - not the author's. I also have a suggestion. Many of us use MSN for email. Using MSN, the window opens a narrow lens. If I see something of interest "above the line", I will scroll down. If the upper part of the message is not interesting, I do not scroll down. This could be useful for you to know.
