Commissions plus important news

Hi everyone,

In this post I’d like to cover a few important topics…

First things first…

COMMISSIONS

There was an issue with the reporting for August commissions which forced us to manually verify each order by hand. The issue has been solved and all commissions that were owed HAVE been paid via PayPal and there will NOT be a problem in the future.

The first run of commissions paid was over $11,300 USD.

I’d like to explain how the payment of commissions works as some people have inquired about this.

Let’s say you generate commissionable sales this month (Oct) these sales will be paid by the 15th of December minus any refunds, fraud, cancellations, etc. This means that next month this time you will be paid for commissionable sales that you generated during the month of September.

HOW TO GENERATE MORE COMMISSIONS

Here’s a suggestion on how to generate more commissions.

New subscribers continue to flood in everyday and a huge percentage of sales are from affiliates. And many subscribers are making money online for their very first time.

If you’re not making sales yet and are on a limited budget, I suggest looking into other free marketing methods such as writing articles or participating in MLM forums and including a link to one of your squeeze pages in your signature file.

I briefly explain article writing and forum advertising in the videos series: Squeeze Page Traffic Secrets (click “View All Videos” at right side of blog and watch “Traffic Tutorial” from table of contents.)

I also go into great detail about using traffic exchanges to generate traffic to your squeeze pages. But if you’ve spent any amount of time surfing for traffic already, you have probably noticed that you see a lot of squeeze pages from IMSP appearing as you surf.

Some members are concerned that the traffic exchanges are flooded and the squeeze pages are not as effective.

Guess what? I agree.

So what can you do to help?

What can I do to help?

First, here’s what you can do to help.

I want you to close your eyes and picture a bicycle wheel with only 1 spoke. The bicycle wheel represents your overall marketing strategy. The objective is to get the wheel rolling and stay rolling (i.e. making consistent sales.) - and this one spoke represents your traffic exchange advertising efforts. It’s obvious that your wheel needs more than one spoke to support it and keep it going long term.

So I suggest you start adding more spokes to your wheel.

Here’s a short list of “spokes” you can add to your wheel:

1. Article Marketing (Start with ezinearticles.com)

2. Safelist Marketing (Search Google for “Safelist Directories” and join a bunch)

3. List Builders (i.e. List Joe, List Bandit, Etc.)

4. Forum advertising (Search Google for “MLM forums”)

5. Social Media Advertising (Google it!)

6. Pay Per Click Advertising (Google Adwords)

7. Ezine Advertising (Search Google for “Ezine Directories”)

You cannot rely on one spoke alone to support your wheel! Each advertising method should be a spoke that supports your overall marketing strategy.

The affiliates who are making the most sales are focusing their promotional efforts in multiple directions. The trick is to channel your promotional efforts in a direction that other affiliates are missing.

You MUST keep trying and testing new things until you find what generates the most leads and income for your opportunity.

I love the system, it would be cool however if you could use the third party autoresponder squeeze pages and still have access to your leads in the back office. It would make the system even more “turn-key”.

I’m so glad to hear this news and to hear that you have resolved your commision payment issues.. IMSP kicks and I don’t believe it’s even started yet! Bring on the platinum pages I can’t wait!

Ok! James, I am one who didn’t get a lot of responses from my effort.
The problem is in majority of ezines and forums, the affiliate links are not permitted, how we solve this problem?

Most forums allow a signature file. This is where you would place a link to one of your squeeze pages. Also, many ezines allow you to buy “Sponsor Ads” and this is where you would place your squeeze page link. Hope this helps.

Thus far, I have surfed my brains-out, James! And, have also done a bunch os safelists, too. No sales to date. Hmmmm. Time marches on…so, I’ll try to add more methods… over & out

James, I am talking about “affiliate link” not my personal links, in majority of forums and ezine they are prohibited.

Ok, then you can always register your own domain name for the affiliate program. Example: You could try to register InstantMLMSqueezePages.net and redirect this link to your affiliate link. Or something similar. Would that work for the specific places you’re speaking of?

Hey James,

Thanks for the update and really pleased you are considering the getresponse system. I’ve been using getresponse for sometime, but had considered swapping; however, this hasn’t happened yet and actually since I’ve traveled back to Thailand from working in Norway and organising an aussie visa for my girlfriend and now having flown back home to Perth …. only been back home for 1 week in 6 months of traveling, my focus had been side tracked from the MLM squeeze pages since purchasing.

But I did add some of the ebooks into a giveaway list building campaign and have netted over 600 people grabbing these ebooks. I just need to now focus my attention to getting these people into an autoresponder series to drive attention to the squeeze page secrets and also my MLM opportunity.

I love your system. I have been using it for only a week and have a few leads already. can not wait for getresponse integration. have one sugestion though.
It would be a good Idea to make a note for people to save there user names in step 4 after each entry to not be timed out before completion and have to start over. I made this mistake and it as a bit of a pain. Keep up the good work. this is the best system by far I have seen to make advertising easy.

You suggestions are appreciated. When I launched one of my sites, I posted 8 articles on ten different article directory sites. I was so excited to see may backlinks grow to 185. A few weeks passed, and suddenly all the backlinks were gone. What happened?

For some reason I can’t keep track of my login information. This makes me lose interest in the programs. When I think I have the information right I get the message that they are invalid. Can’t you list them permanently that they come with each email?

It is frustrating when I cannot get a clear line of communication to you. Why?

Hello James & IMSP blog readers.

I hate to be blunt here, but I have no sympathy for anyone who says the can’t get leads or make any commissions using the IMSP system. If you absolutely believe that, then perhaps you’d be better off handing business cards out in front of the local mall.

We SEE the information that James has written for this blog post, but are we really reading to understand it?

The methods James list above, work and they are only a summary of things you can do. Ok, I hear it now, your saying those free things don’t work. Well let me prove to you they do.

Let’s take just one, ezinearticles for example, if you do a Google search right now for => “how to get more people to opt in to my website”. you will see my ezinearticle #1 out 419,000 at the time of this comment. You’ll also noticed that other people are starting to pick up my article post as well.

You might think that you can’t write an article, but I bet you would be surprised. To get ideas, read other articles, then put things in your own words, it don’t have to be Hemingway.

Some of us think the traffic exchanges have become saturated with the our squeeze pages, but I disagree with that.

The reason you and I might feel that way, is because we are members of IMSP and we tend to noticed other members squeeze pages more, when surfing for credits.

Bottom line: Stick and Stay until you get your pay.

Hi James - I like your product but am a bit confused about comments here - there was a Challenge to surf in a certain way and add x number of clicks in 30 days I think. I wanted to try surfing so took it up - I think I am just past the 30 days and no sales yet. I have used the pdfs as free gifts to people which is great. I now read that we should not just use the surfing method because it is over exposed - hmmm. I have had support from your system and the man who responded to me was quite curt making me feel a bit ’stupid’…starting with ‘Clearly….’ - to a newbie things are rarely and not always clear and also all systems work differently. I am hanging in for now but it was the encouragement to try Free methods that inspired me to try the Challenge. In response to someone here who said he has no patience with people who don’t make commissions or sales - I am glad he is not in politics because he is out of touch with people who are getting started and have profound challenges. The 30 day surfing challenge was designed to help you get traffic to your squeeze pages. But more importantly, it was designed to get people in the “habit” of just doing something. Most people are so overwhelmed with this “marketing” stuff that they do nothing.

And the most important thing I can say was mentioned in the post below this one; and that is to be sure you are tracking everything you do. I have a PDF that explains how to use Pro Tracker Plus. If traffic exchanges are not delivering the amount of traffic or leads you’re happy with, then try other methods. If you recall from the videos, I mention that traffic exchanges do not produce the highest quality traffic in the world. No one can rely on them alone to succeed in internet marketing.

I do not understand the PDF when I get a download of ebooks etc. I do not know how to translate it so I can read it . I have spent many dollars on lessons and cannot read what I bought so it is all wasted.My money is litterely all gone.thanks for listening adele

James I must be thick as a wood but somewhere along the lines of setting up MLM squezee pages I’m not able to surf any traffic exchanges. I’ve sent about 5 help desk tickets and followed their instructions and still not any closer to surfing and making money. I’m begining to feel annoyed that I cant make this thing work can you help me personally?

I believe that this opportunity can work. Because when I saw the video presentation I saw what was possible and decided to try the $1 trial period. One of the best producing traffic exchanges is Traffic Swarm. You can find your sponsors Traffic swarm affiliate link in your ISMP back office.

As a free member you can post up to 10 ads and many members may not realize that.

Follow these steps:

Step 1. log into your Traffic Swarm account.

Step 2. Scroll down to “Add a new site address”

Step 3. ad your first squeeze page site. Below is an example

(highly recommend you use protracker for this)

Post in traffic swarm meaning you can have 8 different ads.

I have a confession. I have not surfed or clicked a Traffic Swarm link in probably 3 months. But yet my credits continue to grow and therefore my ads continue to show. The reason for that is every time one of my downline members loads there page and clicks credits, I get credits. This did not happen over night.

Bottom line hang in there, be patient and do a little each day. The only way you can fail at this is to quit.

So far I have produced nearly 100 leads with the system and have made a few hundred bucks. Not bad at all! I would like to make this system my main squeeze page system but there is one small dilemma. Is there any possibility at all that you can produce one squeeze page geared to the person on the street? “How to get rich with any MLM” would work just as well with it’s existing e-book (due to the excellent chapter on MLM for newbies) if only the title of the page and e-book were re-worded to “How to get rich from any home-based business”. Which the average person would understand. I would like to promote these pages with sizzle cards and even biz-opp ads. I’m just afraid that people not yet in the industry would be put off by the MLM tag.

Nice results for sure. And yes, what you have suggested is a great idea. However, implementing would take some time. I would need to contact a programmer, have new graphics created for the ebook cover and squeeze page. It would also require that the step 3 rebrander be re-programmed to allow the rebranding of the new book. I don’t think I could get all that accomplished anytime soon. Creating a new squeeze page is easy… it’s the content of the ebooks that is the tricky part (from a technical standpoint). Let’s try to come up with a faster solution?

The faster solution in the short term is most likely what I am doing now and that is promoting the “How to get rich” page on my 888# (sizzle-cards and elsewhere) as “How to get rich from any home-based business”. Then when people get to the site, hopefully they will make the connection that MLM is a term used for home-based business (which in a sense it is).

You can hear it if you like at 1-888-577-9581. You’ll notice that the 1 minute 45 second presentation describes the squeeze page.

It will be an interesting field test in the next few months. I’m hoping it has the desired effect of producing leads from the lay public.
